ISO Tank Operators, Technical Management Training
Course Code: TOCCT-XD1
This Program is Suited to an ISO Tank Operators Technical and Operations Fleet Management Teams.
The ISO Tank Operator contracted collaborative training is a side-by-side hands on training program where at the initial stage of the program we support the tank operators team on a day-to-day basis for managing some, or all technical management functions as would be required in an ISO Tank Operator organisation.
The Xtec team would assume full technical management responsibilities for the first six months, working closely with the tank operators' technical and operations team to train them in tried and proven best management practices. This collaboration aims to achieve optimal fleet condition and compliance, efficient tank turnarounds and utilisation, and an effective cost control management team learning.
During the following 6 months on, various functions are incrementally handed over to the tank operators' appointed team members as they gain proficiency. By twelve months in, we expect around 80-90% of these day-to-day functions to be fully handed over and effectively managed by the tank operators' team members. The remaining 10% of functions typically require around 18 months to 2 years to master, as they involve much more complex aspects that are usually learned through years of experience in the job.
As the operators' team takes on more functions, we adjust the contract scope of cover and fees accordingly.
This program is ideally suited for new emerging ISO Tank operator companies having staff with little to no experience in the complexity of technical management functions.
Fees applied for the contract services depends on the tank operator's fleet size, the number of tanks serviced per month, the regions of operation, and the level of support required relative to the current team's knowledge and experience.
